Salmon Sushi Bake
Serves about 2-3 people. Lasts about a week if its just me
Ingredients
1/2 lb Salmon
Garlic Powder/Salt/Pepper
1 TB Olive Oil
2 oz Cream Cheese
Mirin/SoySauce/Sugar
Nori
Imitation Crab
Directions
For more protein add
Season the Salmon with Garlic/Pepper/Salt/Oil/Lemon and toss in the air fryer for 9min @ 400
Prep the same amount as the salmon for the crab and shred that sucker up
Marinate the crab in 2oz of cream cheese, eel sauce, little bit of sriracha
Line the baking pan with rice and mix with fruitay cockay ;) then put the salmon and crab and top with panko/seame seeds
Put the pan in the oven for 10 minutes @ 400
